With the reappearance in the City of Winnipeg Council Chamber of some condo related issues, we started to receive some letters to the editor from our members. Here are some new items and others concerning previous newsletter articles, Lunch-n-Learns, webinars and Conversations in previous Newsletter editions. 

In our Summer 2021 Newsletter edition, we had a short article about the collapse of the Champlain Towers in Surfside Florida. This article continues the thought process by trying to put yourself in the mind of a director for that doomed condominium corporation. Hopefully doing so will lead to more thoughtful action at your condo corporation.

We are in a pandemic situation and we all should be concerned about staying healthy and keeping safe. Condominium corporations should keep abreast of the quickly changing status of the Covid-19 pandemic and plan accordingly for their communities.
