Committees

The purpose of the committee is to provide leadership and a vision for the Board of Directors.

The purpose of the committee is to 
1. promote the value of CCI to our members
2. expand CCI’s brand recognition within the industry to support new member acquisition.
3. ensure the consistent use of CCI’s brand, both for internal CCI communication and for external communication.

The committee’s purpose is to:
1. Enhance engagement with members, with a specific focus on property managers.
2. Promote effective communication with and among members to highlight the value of CCI.
3. Position CCI as the leading authority on condominium-related knowledge by issuing press releases as appropriate.
4. Collaborate with the chapter administrator to address member inquiries and provide timely responses to their questions.

Foster membership growth and engagement throughout the membership lifecycle, aiming for a short-term goal of adding 50 new members by the end of the 2024-2025 fiscal year. The long-term vision is to have all condominium corporations in the province join CCI.

The purpose of the committee is to 
1. provide a minimum of eight educational sessions during the fiscal year;
2. develop, maintain and update condo corporation director education courses and materials.

The purpose of the committee is to
1. Generate timely, informative, stimulating and quality content, focusing on issues that are relevant to the condominium communit.
2. Publish CCI Manitoba’s Condominium News and Views on a quarterly basis in media formats suitable to smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

The purpose of the committee is to ensure the board makes prudent use of the available financial resources and to provide regular financial reports, analysis and recommendations.

The purpose of the committee is to 
1. plan and execute the AGM
2. develop, maintain and enhance sponsorship packages to attract potential sponsors
3. coordinate efforts to sustain and grow sponsorship revenue

The purpose of the committee is to advocate on behalf of condo unit owners and directors to various levels of government as issues arise.

This is a temporary committee, formed annually, to ensure the Manitoba Chapter each year has a full complement of directors with diverse skills, abilities and experiences to carry on the business of the chapter.
