Pathway to condominium director education
The often-asked question is: What should a condo board director know? Here is a pathway to enlightenment for condo directors and unit owners.

- Attend the monthly education events and various director forums
- Volunteer with CCI. Learning by doing is a great way to go; work with and learn from industry professionals

- Non-members can attend CCI education events for a fee
- Take the CCI Manitoba online director’s course (discount available for CCI members)
- Read a good book: Condo Questions and Answers, by Sally Thompson

- Take advantage of other educational resources

- As a CCI Manitoba member, you can participate in nationwide educational webinars from other chapters. Many chapters provide free webinars; some require payment. Take a look at the offerings at upcoming events across the country.
