City of Winnipeg - Regulating Short Term Rentals

The issue of regulating short-term rentals in the City of Winnipeg returned to the Standing Policy Committee on June 6th. It isn't yet clear as to what the final outcome will be, but City staff were given direction to provide information and recommendations to the Executive Policy Committee after consulting with the stakeholders.
