CCI Manitoba Membership Fee Reductions

Individual memberships and memberships for small condo corporations (22 units or fewer) are available with savings from $10 to $175 for the annual membership fee. How about that to relieve some of your inflation pressure!

Memberships for Small Condo Corporations (CCs)

If you are part of a small CC of five units or less, your CC can now join CCI Manitoba for the low cost of $50, down from $225 last year. If your CC has 22 or fewer units, your annual membership is $15 to $175 lower than our prior year rates, depending on the number of units. There is a minimum annual fee of $50 for CCs up to five units, then $10 per unit up to 23 units.

Individual Memberships

CCI Manitoba is helping in your fight with inflation by reducing fees for Individual memberships for the second year in a row. If you are a condo owner and your condo corporation (CC) is not already a member, you can join CCI for $50 for an annual membership, down from $75 last year and down from $125 the year before.
