Join us for a fun, interactive workshop focused on building a stronger volunteer culture in our condo communities!

Together, we’ll explore:

• What’s working well

• What’s NOT working

• What can we do better

• How we can keep volunteers engaged, appreciated, and motivated

Sometimes we ask people to volunteer without fully explaining the role or taking the time to understand what they hope to gain from the experience. Whether it’s meeting neighbours, learning new skills, giving back, or simply feeling more connected, everyone has different reasons for getting involved.

What if we changed the conversation?

This session will challenge us to rethink how we recruit, support, and value volunteers — creating opportunities that are meaningful for everyone involved.

Presentation Start Time: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM

Members: FREE/ Non-Members: $25.00

**Lunch is NOT INCLUDED in the Registration Fee.
All registrants are welcome to come early (between 11:30 AM- 12:00 PM) if you would like to purchase any food or beverages, or to Network before the presentation starts. 

**LUNCH OFF THE MENU: Please note that the venue requires that all menu orders (instead of the buffet) be placed and paid for at the front of the restaurant before entering the room. Orders will not be taken inside the room, but you are welcome to bring your food and drinks in with you.
