About the Presenter
Adrian Schulz brings more than two decades of executive and entrepreneurial leadership across real estate, financial services, and technology. He is President of Imperial Properties in Winnipeg.
Adrian holds the ACCI and LCCI designations from the Canadian Condominium Institute and is a member of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), the Institute of Corporate Directors, and the Manitoba Real Estate Association’s Industry Practices Advisory Committee (IPAC). His experience spans condominium governance, property operations, investment strategy, and regulatory compliance within Manitoba’s real estate framework.
