When you're on a Condo Board, it's easy to get taken up with to-do lists and bogged down by resident concerns. And yet, a clear vision for where your condo community is headed and your priorities for getting there can be of great use for rallying owners to work together. Nathalie Kleinschmit will walk us through the way strategic planning can be adopted by a condo board to fuel a condo plan and lead fellow condo unit owners through changes ahead.
