Kathleen Vandale with HUB International will walk us through Condo Corporations Insurance and Insurance market conditions including potential increased deductibles. When it comes to Condo Unit Owners Insurance she will touch on some Insurance Company Changes and the impact on unit owners with respect to deductibles assessed by the Corporation.
