Samantha Draward is a Project Manager and Certified Reserve Planner in the Building Science department with twelve years experience in engineering consulting. She is experienced in conducting Reserve Fund Studies, Building Condition Assessments, and Roofing evaluations. Samantha also has experience in Contract Administration, facade inspections, project coordination, preparing design drawings (CAD & Revit), data collection, and reviewing design and construction documents. She has worked on a variety of projects including commercial, residential, industrial and condominium studies.
Timothy Reeve is a Project Manager and Team Leader in our Building Sciences Group with 11 years of experience in engineering consulting. He is experienced in the design and construction review of building and structure remediation projects, including pre-cast parking decks, concrete balcony remediation, wood frame buildings, exterior wall cladding, windows and doors, and roofing system remediation. Timothy has performed Building Condition Assessments for educational, recreational, commercial, business, and residential facilities and Reserve Fund Studies for a number of condominiums. He is also experienced in new precast construction, and contract administration and field work for large design-build projects and building remediation. Timothy has also performed housing assessments and repair recommendations for many homes in First Nation communities.
Ryan Anderson, P.Eng., is the Mechanical Team Lead for the Winnipeg Buildings Department, bringing over 10 years of experience in the mechanical engineering industry. In his current role, Ryan leads the mechanical team in delivering complex building projects, overseeing all phases from concept design through construction and commissioning. He has strong experience in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building automation, and petroleum systems, and is adept at ensuring code compliance, optimizing system performance, and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions.
