HAPPY SPRING!

Spring is such a promising season with the promise of warmer weather, longer days, birds singing, the geese returning and the blooming

Our world has changed so drastically in this past year as has our connection to others both in our personal and in our business relationships. Socializing is practically non existent and most of our connections are online. The promise of getting outside and enjoying the sunshine is something we all look forward to.

Our changing world has taught us many things. I am inspired by the way people have adapted to the changes and even embraced them. It doesn’t matter what magazine or publication I read, the stories are similar, full of gratitude, appreciation and resilience. It really demonstrates that “We are all in this together!”

We here at CCI, Manitoba Chapter are also examples of that resilience. The Board of Directors continue to inspire me with their commitment to our members and the challenges of continuing to provide value to members at a time when connections are so difficult.

We remain committed to being leaders of the condominium community by providing education, awareness and access to expertise by and for our members, and as always, but most especially during these uncertain times, by appreciating and supporting them.

We are so grateful to continue to provide this newsletter, webinars, courses and other resources for our members.

Words never seem enough, however, we do want our members and sponsors to know how much we value and appreciate you for your continued support of our organization.

CCI, Manitoba Chapter is a great organization because of all of you, our individual members, condo corporations, business partners and professional members.

We continue to increase our membership and our Board has challenged each other to bring in more members, as well as developing an incentive and a referral plan to increase membership. Please help us spread the word!

Our monthly webinars continue to have great participation from members and will continue at no cost for members until the end of our fiscal year June 30, 2021.

The Education Committee is currently finalizing CCI courses to be delivered online. Stay tuned for an announcement and please watch the website for more information.

Our AGM is currently scheduled for September 23, 2021, however final decisions will have to be made closer to the date.

Never before has the future been so unclear, however, we will definitely plan a celebratory event for our members when we are all able to get together again safely.

In closing, again our sincere gratitude to you the members for your trust and confidence in us.
