Did you know?

Many of our members fall into one of two group membership categories — condo corporations or business partners. When a condo corporation becomes a CCI member, all unit owners also become members, entitling them to this quarterly newsletter and other member benefits as described on our Why Join CCI Manitoba? webpage. Similarly, when a company or business, such as a property management firm or a law firm, becomes a CCI member, all of its staff members also become members.

To access the CCI members-only area of our website, just click on an item in the members-only menu and log in. (If you don’t know your username and password, email our administrator.) In this members-only area, you can find resources such as our newsletter archive and recordings of past education sessions. Note that the login credentials change annually and are sent to the primary contact for the membership upon renewal.

Condo corporation members of CCI Manitoba

Our condo corporation members and their unit owners are by far the most numerous of any membership category and the reason CCI exists.

Condo corporations are registered in Land Titles Offices (LTOs), and their IDs are based on where their LTO is situated. There are six LTOs in Manitoba — in Brandon, Dauphin, Morden, Neepawa, Portage la Prairie and Winnipeg — and the LTO designates the first character of the ID.
