CCI members saving money

Manitoba hydro tax rebate

We wish to thank CCI Manitoba Chapter for the information pertaining to hydro tax rebates published in the Fall 2021 newsletter (page 12, Potential Manitoba Hydro Savings) and brought to our attention by CCI director Duane Rohne, who lives in a neighbouring condominium.

We were eligible to receive a rebate for the excess tax paid on our prior bills since we moved in and now save 7.6 percent on our monthly bills going forward. We have informed all fellow unit owners how to apply for this rebate and tax-rate correction.

We appreciate the work of CCI directors in researching and publishing this information to make these benefits possible for us.
